Notice Inviting Bids

The Village of New Baden will accept sealed proposals for approx. 1500 linear feet of sidewalk installation and/or replacement, and installation of approx. 61 ADA compliant curb ramps, at the Office of the Village Clerk, 1 East Hanover Street, until 4:00 p.m. on September 17, 2009.  Details of bid package are available at Village Hall. All equipment & personnel to be provided by the contractor.  All contracts for the construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).  A liability insurance policy must be provided to the Village.  The Village Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
