  • 1:00 p.m. Vintage Baseball Round Robin Tournament (Aviston Conductors, Murphysboro Clarks, New Baden Juniors); Soda, Beer & Food Sales Begin; Music by Sounds Alive
  • 3:00 p.m. "All You Can Eat" Arm Bands go on sale; Voting Begins; Children's Activities (Jumpers, Train, Hay Rides, Face Painting); Costume Contest
  • 6:00 p.m. Bonfire Starts
  • 7:30 p.m. Cook-Off Voting Ends
  • 8:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony; Children's Activities End
  • 11:00 p.m. Alcohol Sales End
  • 12:00 Midnight Park Closes

Rules

  1. All components/ingredients must be cooked on site.

  2. Cash prizes totaling $1,000 are awarded by Taster's Choice at approximately 7:30 p.m.

  3. 5 Gallon minimum per entry - no maximum.  The more you make...the more possible votes you can earn.

  4. Crackers, bowls, napkins & spoons will be provided by the committee.

  5. No Entry Fee....you only pay for your ingredients.

  6. Chili/Soup must be ready to serve by 3:00 p.m.

  7. Team themes and booths are highly encouraged.

  8. Spaces are uncovered and 15' x 15'.

  9. Spaces with electric power capability are first come, first serve.

  10. Teams can prepare entries in both categories.
