  • 12:00 Noon 25+ Vendors & Crafters Open; "Touch A Truck" Display Begins
  • 2:00 p.m. "Walk A Mile in MY Shoes" EB Awareness Walk (More info to the right)
  • 3:00 p.m. "All You Can Eat" Arm Bands go on sale; Voting Begins; Children's Activities Begin; Wine Garden Opens
  • 7:00 p.m. Cook-Off Voting Ends; Bonfire Starts
  • 8:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony; Children's Activities End
  • 9:00 p.m. Alcohol & Food Sales End
  • 12:00 Midnight Park Closes

Rules

 

  1. All components/ingredients must be cooked on site.
  2. Cash prizes totaling $1,500 are awarded by “Taster’s Choice” at approximately 8:00 p.m.
  3. 5 Gallons minimum per entry – no maximum.  The more you make…the more possible votes you can earn.
  4. Crackers, bowls, napkins & spoons will be provided by the committee.
  5. No Entry Fee….you pay only for your ingredients.
  6. Chili and Soup must be ready to serve by 3:00 p.m.
  7. Themed teams and booths are highly encouraged.
  8. Spaces are uncovered and are 15’ X 15’.
  9. Spaces with electric power capability are first come, first serve.
  10. Teams can prepare entries in both categories.
  11. You can pick your spot 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 23.
