PURSUANT TO THE OPEN MEETINGS ACT, notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held Thursday, November 1, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, by the Zoning Board of Appeals to consider the petition of KTB Development Company for a “Special Use Variance” for the establishment of upstairs apartments at the commercial building located at 115-119 East Hanover Street.
