Auto Deduct Billing

This form, along with a voided check, must be returned to Village Hall prior to the last business day of the month to become enrolled. 

The auto-pay deduction will take place on the 10th of the month.  If the 10th falls on a weekend or a holiday, it will be deducted the next business day.

Bills will still be received on the first day of the month.  Your bill will state that the amount due will be deducted on the 10th of the month.
