New Baden Leash Law
3-2-7 RESTRAINT OF DOGS.
The owner or keeper of a dog shall keep the dog under restraint at all times and shall not permit such dog to be at large, off the premises of the property of the owner or keeper, unless the dog is under complete control as defined in Section 3-1-1. (See 65 ILCS Sec. 5/11-20-9).



3-1-10 ANIMALS IN THE PARK.
(A) Owners shall keep their animal(s) on a leash at all times while the animal is in the Village Park. Shock collars are not an acceptable form of control. Animals (including but not limited to dogs) will not be permitted in the park during the June Jamboree, the Fall Festival/Chili Cook Off, or any other special event, as determined by the Village Board of Trustees. Animals are prohibited from being within fifty (50) feet of the Community Pool, the Legion Baseball Field, any playground area or any organized sporting event being held at the park unless the animal is being walked on the walking trail. Animal defecation must be picked up and disposed of immediately pursuant to Section 3-1-2.

 SPONSORED BY CITIZENS FOR A BETTER TOMORROW.

They will accept anything that has a power cord. 

Examples: computers, radios, DVD/CD/VCR players, cell phones and chargers, video games, appliances.  We will take batteries of any size, aluminum cans and scrap metal.  There is a $5 fee for all TV's that are dropped off.

 We CANNOT accept, at this time, anything that has refrigerant. 
Examples: A/C units or refrigerators.
