It’s time to register for Soccer!

 Registration Fees

(Checks made payable to: Village of New Baden)

 $30.00 for Pre-K through 2nd Grade - Within City Limits

 $55.00 for 3rd through 8th Grade - Within City Limits

$125.00 per Family of three or more

Non-Residents must add $5.00 per player. 

This is anyone living outside the corporate limits of New Baden.

 Registration will be at the CIVIC CENTER on

Monday, June 8th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

 (THIS IS THE ONLY DAY FOR REGISTRATION!!!)

If mailing registration please fill out the liability waiver and send it at the same time!

****(After this date a $10 late fee must be added to the cost of registration)****

****NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 3, 2009****
