Village Administrator James Morani

The Village Administrator, who reports to the Mayor and Board of Trustees, has the following responsibilities: manage the day-to-day operations of the Village and its departments; coordinate economic development activities; prepare the annual appropriations and operating budget; make policy recommendations to the Board of Trustees, and any other duties as directed by the corporate authorities.
