ZONING PUBLIC HEARING RULES

PLEASE SUBMIT ALL PAPERWORK FOR A PUBLIC HEARING BY THE 10^TH OF THE MONTH.  A HEARING DATE WILL BE SET BY THE CHAIRPERSON AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE DATE OF THE HEARING BY LETTER.  THE RECOMMENDATION FROM THIS MEETING WILL BE GIVEN TO THE VILLAGE BOARD AT THEIR NEXT MONTHLY MEETING.

IF SUBMITTAL IS AFTER THE 10^TH OF THE MONTH, THE HEARING WILL NOT BE HELD UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONTH.

EXAMPLE:  After May 10, 2006 request for hearing, will not be set until July, in order to allow the Zoning board to fulfill their obligation to publish the hearing date in the newspaper, and notify the surrounding home owners so they can appear and be heard if they so desire.
